Royal Mail 1st Class - This is NOT a tracked service

Royal Mail Tracked - This is a tracked service

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a dispatch email which will include your tracking number, if the tracked service was purchased at checkout. Please do check your email junk folder if you cannot find your dispatch email.

If your UK Royal Mail delivery has not arrived after 2 weeks from the dispatch date, please do get in contact and I will be happy to look into this for you.

​International shipping

​PLEASE NOTE: In some countries you may be charged a customs fee, please be prepared for this additional cost which you are responsible for covering.

​I'm sad to say that due to new GPSR rules and regulations, I am temporarily unable to ship to Northern Ireland and countries within the European Union. I am working on putting systems in place so that I can continue shipping to NI and the EU again in the near future.

As of January 2026, international shipping rates have increased due to updated Royal Mail regulations for sending goods overseas. These changes are outside of my control, and I always do my best to keep shipping as affordable as possible.

You will receive your tracking number in your dispatch email, please check your email's junk folder if you haven't received your dispatch email.

​The delivery time-frame for International Shipping is 2-8 weeks. If your order has not arrived after 8+ weeks, I will be happy to help resolve this.​
