Returns & Refunds
I do not offer returns but if your order gets lost in the post or arrives to you damaged then I am happy to offer a replacement or refund.
If your order is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I am happy to resend it to you; however, you will need to cover the additional postage cost. If you’d prefer a refund, I can refund the product cost, but the postage fee is non-refundable in this situation.
If your order has been returned back to me due to an error by the postage service, I am happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Please note that original postage costs are non-refundable. Refunds apply to the product cost only, where applicable.
